AG has provided planning services to various commercial properties of Granier’s franchise. Shopfront alterations and advertisement consent were needed for all the cases.  The proposals have been carefully designed to respect the character and appearance of the surrounding area and the wider development. Also to ensure maintenance of the property for a high quality and long term investment.  Change of Use were needed for 107 Putney High Street and 23 Powis Street  from Use A1 to Mix used A1/A3. The commercial units were successfully converted and the applications were approved. Careful  consideration was given to 204 Portobello Road, as it was located within a conservation area. The unique architecture and character of the area has been taken into account and treated with sensitivity,  preserving the character and appearance of the conservation area.
