AG designs and construction was instrumental in delivering the building reg and tender drawings for this 10 units detached housing cluster. AG took complete responsibility for coordinating the structural mechanical and electrical and plumbing requirements for the proposal. This has resulted in a highly efficient detail design. Fire strategy, waste disposal strategy and construction H&S planning were also taken into consideration during detailed design stages. 

All units are designed with thermally efficient SIP panels with brick or render finish. As such the design incorporates the highest levels of sustainable and renewable technologies. Also, all new homes are designed to achieve lifetime homes standards.
