Conversion of the existing social club to provide 14 residential flats

Number of units: 14 units 

 AG designs conducted feasibility studies and several design options to convert the existing social club building into 14 residential flats. AG designs worked with the clients as well as consulted with the planners early to ensure the project was viable. The proposed conversion and extension has been designed to have a positive impact on the host building and general surrounding environment whilst providing the internal dimensions required to create a usable, habitable space. The new proposal now complements and enhances the local distinctiveness of the area.
